- Recruiters identify and connect with successful career changers that fit the “purposeful” profile
- Recruiter has an initial phone conversation, establishes a relationship and conducts an in-depth overview of the opportunity. We cover compensation, licensing, work schedule, etc.
- Recruiter secures a time and date for the prospective candidate to meet with the hiring manager. We provide resume, data sheet and detailed conversation notes
- Recruiter sends emails and text to prospective candidate including interview location details along with bio of hiring manager. Text message is sent 1 day before interview as an interview reminder
- Recruiter calls candidate to debrief the conversation and provides details to the hiring manager
